اثر تنش شوری بر برخی از ویژگی‌های مورفولوژیکی، فیزیولوژیکی و مولکولی گیاهان تراریخته گوجه‌فرنگی نسل T3 حاوی ژن cry1Ab

تنش شوری بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی، فیزیولوژیکی و فرآیندهای بیوشیمیایی گیاهان تأثیرگذار است. گیاهان تراریخته Bt نقش بسزایی در کنترل آفات برخی از محصولات استراتژیک دارند، اما توان و مقاومت این گیاهان از منظر تنش‌های محیطی موردتوجه قرار نگرفته است؛ بنابراین اثر تنش شوری در سطوح 0، 50، 100، 150 و 200 میلی‌مولار بر صفات مورفولوژیکی، فیزیولوژیکی و مولکولی گیاهان تراریخته نسل T3 گوجه‌فرنگی حاوی ژن cry1Ab (CH-Falat-Bt) همراه با رقم غیرتراریخته (CH-Falat) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بررسی صفات مورفولوژیک (سطح برگ، عمق ریشه، وزن تر و خشک ریشه) در سطوح مختلف شوری حاکی از برتری گیاه تراریخته CH-Falat-Bt بر غیرتراریخته CH-Falat بود. میزان محتوای آب نسبی گیاه و کاروتنوئید در گیاهان تراریخته به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از گیاهان غیرتراریخته بود. محتوای کلروفیل در سطوح تنش شوری 150 و 200 میلی‌مولار به‌ترتیب 12 و 9 درصد بیشتر از غیرتراریخته بود. نشت الکترولیت در گیاهان تراریخته نسبت به غیرتراریخته به‌طور قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای کاهش داشت. تجمع پرولین و قندهای محلول در گیاهان تراریخته به‌طور معنی‌داری افزایش نشان داد. بیان نسبی ژن‌های SOS1 و SOS2 با افزایش میزان تنش شوری در گیاهان تراریخته CH-Falat-Bt نسبت به گیاهان غیرتراریخته CH-Falat افزایش قابل‌توجهی نشان داد. نتایج بررسی‌های مورفولوژیکی، فیزیولوژیکی و مولکولی نشان داد که اثرات نامطلوب تنش شوری گیاهان تراریخته CH-Falat-Bt نسبت به غیرتراریخته کمتر بود و درمجموع، در مقایسه با ژنوتیپ غیر تراریخت، گیاهان تراریخته به سطوح مختلف شوری اعمال‌شده متحمل هستند.
