برآورد اجزای واریانس ژنتیکی اسیدهای‌چرب آفتابگردان در شرایط آبیاری معمولی و تنش خشکی با روش تجزیه لاین × تستر

این ارزیابی به‌منظور برآورد اجزای واریانس ژنتیکی اسیدهای‌چرب آفتابگردان در دو شرایط جداگانه آبیاری معمولی و تنش خشکی در طی دو سال زراعی 1399 و 1400 در کرج اجرا شد. مواد گیاهی مورد بررسی شامل 12 هیبرید حاصل از تلاقی چهار لاین برگرداننده باروری با سه لاین نرعقیم (تستر) بود که در دو آزمایش جداگانه در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار ارزیابی شدند. تنش خشکی باعث کاهش عملکرد روغن (34 درصد)، درصد روغن (شش درصد)، اسید استئاریک (4.7 درصد) و اولئیک (10.6 درصد) و افزایش اسیدهای پالمیتیک (12 درصد) و لینولئیک (2.8 درصد) شد. در هر دو شرایط، اثر متقابل لاین × تستر نقش بیشتری را در توجیه واریانس هیبریدها از نظر میزان اسیدهای‌چرب داشت که نشان دهنده نقش بارز اثرات غیر­افزایشی در کنترل ژنتیکی این خصوصیات است. در شرایط آبیاری مطلوب عملکرد روغن، درصد روغن و اسید استئاریک تحت تأثیر هر دو نوع اثرات افزایشی، غالبیت و اسیدهای‌چرب پالمیتیک، اولئیک و لینولئیک در کنترل اثرات غالبیت بودند. در شرایط تنش خشکی به‌جز درصد روغن که در کنترل اثرات افزایشی ژن بود، بقیه خصوصیات در کنترل اثرات غالبیت بودند. بر اساس نتایج این بررسی ترکیب اسیدهای‌چرب اصلی آفتابگردان عمدتاً در کنترل اثرات ژنتیکی غیر­افزایشی بوده و روش‌های مبتنی‌بر دورگ­گیری و تهیه ارقام هیبرید می­تواند در اصلاح آفتابگردان از نظر ترکیب اسیدهای‌چرب مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
