بررسی وراثت‌پذیری، تنوع و گزینش ژنوتیپ‌های عدس با استفاده از روش‌های آماری چندمتغیره و شاخص‌ انتخاب ژنوتیپ ایده‌آل

چکیده
به‌منظور برررسی وراثت‌پذیری صفات مختلف، تنوع ژنتیکی و انتخاب ژنوتیپ‌های عدس با استفاده از روش‌های آماری چندمتغیره و شاخص انتخاب ژنوتیپ ایده‌آل SIIG آزمایشی با استفاده از 15 ژنوتیپ عدس در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار به‌صورت کاشت پاییزه در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی لرستان اجرا گردید. در این پژوهش از صفات مختلفی برای شناسایی ژنوتیپ‌های برتر عدس استفاده شد تا ژنوتیپ برتر از بین ژنوتیپ‌های مورد مطالعه انتخاب شوند. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده، از نظر اغلب صفات مورفولوژیکی بین ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی تفاوت معنی‌داری در سطح 1 یا 5 درصد وجود داشت. صفات تعداد غلاف‌های دوبذری، وزن خشک کل تک‌بوته و تعداد دانه در غلاف به‌ترتیب بیشترین میزان وراثت‌پذیری را داشتند. شاخص ژنوتیپ برتر برای رتبه‎بندی نهایی 15 ژنوتیپ عدس استفاده شد. نتایج رتبه‌بندی ژنوتیپ‌های عدس مورد مطالعه نشان داد با در نظر گرفتن همه صفات (ارتفاع بوته، تعداد شاخه اولیه، تعداد گره روی شاخه اصلی، وزن غلاف‌های تک‌بوته، وزن دانه تک‌بوته، تعداد دانه در بوته)، ژنوتیپ G5 با مقدار SIIG معادل 96/0 برترین ژنوتیپ بود و در مقابل ژنوتیپ G6 از نظر پارامتر SIIGضعیف‌ترین ژنوتیپ شناخته شد. با استفاده از روش‌های آماری مورد استفاده نیز، ژنوتیپ شماره G5 با توجه به برتری‌هایی که از نظر صفات مورد بررسی، داشت، به‌عنوان برترین ژنوتیپ پیشنهاد و معرفی گردید.
