ارزیابی اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × محیط و ‌تعیین پایداری عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپ‌های گندم دوروم در آزمایش‌های یکنواخت سراسری مناطق نیمه‌گرمسیر دیم

روش‌های مختلفی برای بررسی اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × محیط و شناسایی ژنوتیپ‌های پایدار وجود دارد که شامل روش‌های پارامتری، ناپارامتری و چندمتغیره است. در این پژوهش، تعداد 19 ژنوتیپ پیشرفته گندم دوروم انتخابی از آزمایش‌های پیشرفته مقایسه عملکرد سال زراعی 91-1390 به‌همراه رقم شاهد دهدشت به‌مدت سه سال زراعی (94-1391) در پنج منطقه گچساران، گنبد، خرم‌آباد، مغان و ایلام به‌صورت طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار مطالعه ‌شدند. تجزیه مرکب داده‌ها اثر معنی‌دار محیط، ژنوتیپ و اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ در محیط را نشان داد. در روش‌های تک‌متغیره پارامتری، ژنوتیپ‌های شماره 7، 12، 18 و 20 پایدارترین ژنوتیپ‌ها بودند. در روش‌های تک‌متغیره ناپارامتری، ژنوتیپ‌های شماره 2، 7، 12، 13، 18، 19 و 20 با کمترین سهم در اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ و محیط به‌عنوان پایدارترین ژنوتیپ‌ها انتخاب شدند. در روش‌ امی، ژنوتیپ‌های 2، 7، 12، 19 و 20 با اختصاص کمترین مقادیر رتبه در محیط‌های مختلف و بالاترین میانگین عملکرد دانه در گروه ژنوتیپ‌های پایدار قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، ژنوتیپ‌های 12، 20، 18 و 7 می‌توانند به‌عنوان ژنوتیپ‌های امیدبخش و کاندیدای معرفی به‌عنوان رقم انگاشته شوند.
