یولاف زراعی (.Avena sativa L) یکی از مهمترین غلات در جهان است که بهعنوان منبع مهم مواد مغذی ضروری برای انسان و حیوان شناخته میشود. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی و دستیابی به ژنوتیپهای پرعملکرد یولاف در کشت بهاره طی دو سال زراعی در استان کرمانشاه انجام شد. در این پژوهش تعداد 43 ژنوتیپ یولاف زراعی با استفاده از طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار بهصورت بهاره کشت و براساس عملکرد دانه و خصوصیات مهم زراعی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه طی دو سال زراعی 1399-1398 و 1400-1399 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تجزیه واریانس مرکب نشان داد که اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × سال برای کلیه صفات اندازهگیری شده در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار بود. تجزیه واریانس ساده هر سال نشان داد که ژنوتیپها از لحاظ تمامی صفات اندازهگیری شده در سطح احتمال یک درصد تفاوت معنیداری داشتند. بر اساس نتایج مقایسه میانگینها میتوان دریافت که برترین ژنوتیپها از لحاظ عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپهای شماره 3 و 41 بودند. محاسبه ضرایب همبستگی بین صفات نشان داد که عملکرد دانه با وزن هزاردانه همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار و با ارتفاع بوته و صفات فنولوژیک همبستگی منفی معنیدار در سطح احتمال یک درصد داشت. تجزیه علیت مشخص کرد که بیشترین اثر مستقیم منفی با عملکرد دانه مربوط به روز تا گردهافشانی بود. تجزیه خوشهای نیز نشان داد ژنوتیپهای شماره 3، 22 و 15 ژنوتیپهای برتر با خصوصیات زراعی مطلوب بودند. با توجه به عملکرد برتر در دو سال و خصوصیات زراعی مطلوب ژنوتیپ شماره 3 (Potoroo) بهعنوان برترین ژنوتیپ برای کشت بهاره معرفی شد. با این وجود پیشنهاد میگردد در محیطهای بیشتری این ژنوتیپها مورد بررسی قرار گیرد تا پایدارترین ژنوتیپها در کشت بهاره معرفی گردد.
